Volunteer

Give the gift of your time!

Are you interested in getting more involved with the Friends on an ongoing basis?

FRAMS was established in 1982 by a group of volunteers passionate about supporting the then Provincial Museum of Alberta. Volunteerism has, and continues to be, a vital aspect of our organization and we are always interested in welcoming new friends interested in helping to build dynamic community in support of the Royal Alberta Museum!

A volunteer board of directors oversees FRAMS. Each director is elected for a two-year term, for a maximum of three terms.

All FRAMS members in good standing are invited to volunteer for FRAMS by sitting on committees, helping with fundraising events, and providing advice and assistance when needed.

FRAMS is indebted to those individuals who have provided their volunteer leadership in the past, as well as to all former members of the FRAMS board of directors and committees for their commitment and support to the Royal Alberta Museum.

By volunteering your time and skills you have the opportunity to gain valuable experience, connect with an engaged community, help guide the future direction of FRAMS, and support the Royal Alberta Museum.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please connect with us at info@frams.ca.
