On May 28th,2017 the Friends of Royal Alberta Museum Society hosted our inaugural International Museum Day event:

A panel discussion entitled The Lowdown on Moving Downtown: Keys to unlocking the new Royal Alberta Museum in the Alberta Gallery of Art’s Ledcor theatre.

The speakers were Donna Clare (Architect, Dialog), Chris Robinson (Executive Director, Royal Alberta Museum), Kalen Anderson (Director Planning of  Coordination, City of Edmonton) and Ian O’Donnell (Executive Director, Downtown Business Association) with FRAMS’s own Chris Radojewski as moderator.

They each discussed the new Royal Alberta Museum and how it will impact Edmonton’s downtown from their unique perspectives.
